Manufacturing

  • Turn-Key allows the customer to write one Purchase Order for complete Manufacturing of their product and includes Design, Fabrication, Component Procurement and Assembly. This eliminates the customer’s need to perform the time consuming process of having to search for individual component sources for each task and of having to write multiple Purchase Orders.

  • Consignment is contract labor using customer provided parts in a complete kit with manufacturing instructions and cad-data files (if required). This operation generally includes Assembly and QC labor only with optional testing as required
