In order for EC to process your RFQ quickly and efficiently, we will require certain information to be provided by our customers. You may contact us by Phone, FAX or E-Mail.

Listed below are the elements we will usually need depending on the nature and complexity of the individual job. Not all are needed on every quote.

Contact name
Contacts telephone number, fax number and e-mail address
When proposal is due back
Product requirement dates
Assembly Revision Level
Estimated annual usage
Approved component vendors list (Turn-Key only)
Bill of Materials
Are there any custom parts we should know about?
Are there any agreements concerning proprietary parts we should be knowledgeable of? (Turn-Key only)
Assembly and fabricated parts drawings (Turn-Key only)
Gerber data (Turn-Key only)
Schematics (If Testing is required)
Test Requirements - If this information is not available at the time of original proposal, we can add it at a later time.
In-circuit testing requirements
Functional testing requirements
Are there any specific or unusual operations we should be made aware of?
Potting
Conformal coating
Sample board - whenever applicable and available
Are there any specific panelization requirements?
